Last September, Ted and Ari got married on a beautiful day, in a garden, surrounded by loved ones. Sigh. It doesn’t get better than that.
Ari’s vision for the day was an ethereal English garden, and her vision definitely came to life. From the gorgeous flowers, cute macaroons, and stunning French blue bridesmaid’s dresses, every detail was flawless. The wedding was at Ari’s aunt and uncle’s home and it was the perfect setting for an intimate family wedding.
I’ve known Ari since high school. She works and thrives in the fashion world. She’s sassy with an ironic sense of humor. Ted is the perfect gentleman and is quiet and gentle. They’re a wonderful couple, the perfect complements to each other, and it was an honor to photograph their special day.
Quick story: Sue, Ari’s mother, told me about the lace handkerchief Ari carried during the wedding. While traveling in Europe, Sue stopped in a little shop to buy some lace for Ari to give her on her future wedding day. The lady in the shop was named Ariana! 😉
